This PR Fixes #23 @RomainWilleput I've rewritten the climate matching workflow to work also with the Rubel & Kottek shapes you provided.

The script in this PR follows this workflow:

Concerning observation between 2001 & now we decided to do a intersect with the present climate (1980-2016) from beck et al. All other observations are matched with the Rubel & Kottek shapes. In this run I did matching with observations from 1950 onwards.

With the following intermediate outputs ./data/interim/:

Also normally its the approving reviewer that merges the PR into the master and deletes the merged branch. But this time I'll do it ;-)
