In case the assumptions related to time periods need to change in the Dashboard, this should be adapted here and here in the code.
See e-mail discussion with Etienne 15/11 stating "baseline refers to all data up to the year 2020. Any data in 2021 and later is considered current state. I know that in the project proposal only data up to 2016 is considered baseline for the plant species but during the Belgian biodiversity platform day earlier this year we agreed that I would extend the baseline for plants so no data is missed and always assigned to a certain period. Is this still ok for you?"
