Do not implement functionality for informal groups in occurrences #22

Given that there are only 3 informal groups in the occurrences, I would not implement functionality to handle these. Instead, I would leave them as is in the scientific names table.

If need be, below are suggestions how to update/merge these to valid taxa. The change could additionally be indicated in a comments field in scientific_name.

Note, for informal groups in annexes, informal group functionality is likely necessary (see #26 ).

In https://github.com/inbo/ibge-bim-species/issues/63 I provided some details about number of occurrences linked to these informal groups: 59 + 10 = 69 occurrences.

Based on the new copy of BIM db, I can say that there are now 73 occurrencces. They are linked to these names:

which are linked to the three informal grooups mentioned above by @peterdesmet

Decided to update the scientific names as proposed in new suggestion for these taxa (the IDs will remain the same).
