Improvements for the ACF index.php generator.

[x] Add config file into index.php (https://github.com/inboundnow/landing-pages/commit/bc401733f088ecfa7e3649a483b63f342e5c67a2)
[x] get_row_layout() not working for every repeater(think it's an ACF bug) so we have to use get_sub_field('acf_fc_layout') instead.
