Email Response UI #101

In the Email Response Setup UI it asks the user to enable or disable Email Confirmation. Since our autoresponder doesn't prompt user for any sort of confirmation this language is confusing.

It should be changed.

When marketing automation is complete we should remove this entire section and instead replace it with a call to action to join as a premium member.
