Filter by custom fields to include mapped fields #121

On the Leads listing page we have a 'filter by custom fields' box. This box should be expanded to include all possible mappable fields.

Good idea.

I think the lead custom field stuff needs to get some spring cleaning and have an easier to use class in shared.

This way this type of filter can be used across many different areas of the tools instead of just here.

Like on lead management screen as well
