[Lead Management] Loads all leads on startup #82

It would save time to have the leads to begin loading immediately when i open the lead management area.

It pulls back 60 leads at a time (more than the normal wp-list query) anything more would explode peoples servers

Maybe we could get some big grey text in the content box that tells user to select a search criteria to load leads?

60 leads at time is ok, but I think we should start loading leads immediately.
