[Email confirmation] - No subject causes email to not send. #85

We should add a input requirement check.

I've just tested this on a shared host blog and the email confirmation was able to send without a subject line.

Lets set a default headline if non exists just in case.

If no email subject exists -> "Thank You" should be the title
