Sidebar disappears after generating plots #18

Describe the bug The sidebar disappears after generating plots.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start script.
  2. Select method, "manually" for example.
  3. Click "Generate Reports"

Expected behavior The sidebar gets collapsed, not removed, in case the user wants to try another method, or import another project.
