leading users in creating empty KBs #1650

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Trying to create an empty KB, the wizzard does not tell you how to do that. Checking the UserGuide is necesary. Some users even might not know and so they won't check it.

Describe the solution you'd like Quick and simple: Change the note below the field "Import contents" (after haven chosen "local") in the wizzard by adding: "To create an empty KB, skip this step and klick "next"."

Describe alternatives you've considered More user friendly would be, to create a button to create an empty KB (e.g. on the wizzard page where the import is) or add a drop down entry to the list: Local/Remote/EmptyKB (one page before)
