To align with the ReproSchema and NIDM-Terms work, these changes update the JSON mapping file structure to be consistent with those efforts. Also a testing function was written to test both exporting the ReproSchema and NIDM-Terms format and the BIDS sidecar format if using bidsmri2nidm. Further, the gitaction that runs pytests was changed to run on pull requests.
