Added GetBrainThickness and GetBrainSurfaceArea functions

Can you do this pull request to the incf-nidash:fmriprep branch and not the incf-nidash:master branch? Once we have all the test cases for fmriprep branch we'll be merging it into the incf-nidash:master branch so I think it's cleaner to have all changes in the fmriprep branch instead of some of the changes in the master and some in the fmriprep branch. Make sense?
