Inherit documentation when implementing Elixir behaviors #197

Hi!

I was wondering if inch could use the documentation of the callbacks when implementing behaviors. Those functions are usually quite well documented.

This would be great. Another example is child_spec/1 (which was added to GenServer in Elixir 1.5). I didn't provide documentation for that in my library because it's inherited automatically when generating the docs, but Inch CI doesn't seem to detect it.
