Zip extraction problem #11

Zip files created with PHP (I think?) don't extarct properly in
BOMArchiveHelper or The Unarchiver. The Unarchiver only finds the first file.

Fixed by making the Zip parser more robust against really, really badly written
archives. Way to go, PHP.
