The Unarchiver crashes upon launch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Unarchiver
2. Double-click icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect app to launch.  Possibly install options.  Instead Crash Reporter 
appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0
10.3.9

The Unarchiver currently requires Tiger. I would like to support older systems, 
but
this is difficult since I do not have a machine to test on.
