"Encoding" selection list displays weird Asian characters #18

Whenever The Unarchiver prompts me for the encoding of an archive, the
selection list of encodings contains weird characters, most Asian looking.

I'm running OS X 10.4.7 with an English locale (but Swedish keyboard
layout, not that I expect that matters).

This has been reported before, but I can't reproduce it. I have made some 
changes
that may or may not fix it. Report back when 1.1 is released if it is still 
broken.

I had this too but it's fixed in 1.1. That sure is a huge list! The weird list 
had less than a dozen items.
