Launches behind current Finder window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open The Unarchiver from a Finder window.
2. Observe that "Preferences" window is inactive and below the Finder window 
from which it was 
launched.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When most programs launch, their main window activates.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0, 10.4.7

Please provide any additional information below.
