ZIP File "incomplete", but Stuffit expands it fine #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Expand PiratesLifeForMe(v2).zip with Stuffit Expander. Notice how it expands 
properly (you can 
open the file readme in a text editor to see its a plain text file).
2. Expand PiratesLifeForMe(v2).zip using TheUnarchiver 1.6. Notice how an error 
is given, and 
file readme is empty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the file readme to be expanded, as is the result under Stuffit. 
Instead, TheUnarchiver 
gives me an error saying that readme is incomplete (when its clearly complete, 
since Stuffit can 
expand it).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TheUnarchiver 1.6 on Mac OS X 10.4.9.
