AppleDouble support for any archive type #96

Programs such as 7zX and BetterZip allow the use of AppleDouble to preserve 
extended attributes 
in any whatever archive type you choose to save as. Currently, these are also 
the only programs 
capable of extracting these again as other programs will only recognise 
AppleDouble in zip or tar 
archives. It would be great if The Unarchiver could look for and restore 
AppleDouble files in any 
archive given to it.

It would help to have some example files of various formats for this. Also some 
kind
of spec on how it is implemented.
