Add YouTube Import #9

Currently you need to upload a music file from your hard disk, but who uses files nowadays? You should be able to give it a YouTube video. And also maybe use the video as the karaoke video background, a la Youka.

Shipped in 0.9.0. Can optionally use the YouTube video as the karaoke video background.
