Great write-up. However, your tables need work regarding formatting. Look up example tables and instructions from the American Journal of Sociology (AJS) website. For example, table 1 doesn’t need a frequency breakdown. Instead, include, the min, max, median, mean, and standard deviation scores. Then briefly discuss these descriptive statistics and what they tell you about your sample. For table 2, the p-value information can be indicated by symbols, and does not require a separate column. Again, refer to the AJS link I provided above. Finally, your interpretation of your results is great; however, for your next draft, begin translating the computational interpretation of your results into a sociological/psychological discussion of your findings.

Thank you for your kind feedback, Laila. I was referring APA(American Psychological Association) guidelines and couldn't find detailed instructions for reporting descriptive table. Specifically, for the gender variable, a frequency provides meaningful information compared to a mean or a standard deviation. On the other hand, for the age variable, a mean or a standard deviation has more sense. In this case, do you think I need separate tables for describing my data?

I've seen mean used for gender variables, but like you said, it's more intuitive to include the frequency. I think having separate tables isn't necessary. Maybe you can combine it all into one table and just add frequency breakdowns for gender along with the mean, standard deviation, etc? You can play around with it and send me different examples if you like. It's not a major deal, so don't get too bogged down in that detail. If that is your biggest issue, then you are in good shape! :)
