FB Login, plus general Logout issues on desktop firefox #28

Unable to login via FB for most users (worked for me in a private tab, but not regular). It just hangs on connecting screen.

With all logins, users are unable to logout via Not You? or logout.html

what versions are known to break? FB login works for me in FF latest 55.0.3 (64-bit)
