Would it be a good idea for us to propose a "conference toolkit", to help conference organisation? It could contain:

A CoC template or recipe.
A checklist to ensure sure the conference is as inclusive as possible.
A template for a document all staff receive, to help them handle problems.
A document with straight to the point actions for a set of problems that could occur during their events.
