Currently the portal is linking to Monarch Initiative for HP and MONDO terms, but Monarch doesn't update their website to match MONDO releases (therefore the newly added DS subtypes have broken links - e.g. mosaic trisomy 21).
Please switch to Ontology Lookup Servce for all links, as they pick up updates to MONDO (and other ontologies) a few days after each release.
Let me know if you would like me to provide ontology codes as OLS links (e.g. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/MONDO_0700127) instead of as codes (e.g. MONDO:0700127) in the harmonized data that I send to @torstees.
