Don't display errors and debugging information by default #27

Errors and debugging information were being displayed by default.

Not sure if line 17 should have been removed here. Let me know.

Thanks for that, but in development those settings is typically left on. They are automatically disabled when an AChecker bundle is generated using the bundle_achecker.sh script. I'll have to reject this commit.
