Talk/CFP review help #56

As people in this community are looking at submitting talk and panel proposals around inclusive language, and then creating and giving those, we likely have a range of experience that could use some help. Some folks might not have as much experience proposing technical conference or open source community talks, or not as much experience speaking on inclusivity topics.

The idea here is to provide a way for people who are drafting proposals or writing talks to get help with creating and reviewing their work. Those of us with experience in these areas and willing to help can provide coaching, reviews, and so forth.

Not sure what format this should take; in an active community of this size, it could be a list of people willing to help and their expertise area(s)? If things get to be a lot, we can look at creating a coordinating workstream. For now, I think it might be good enough to start with a list of volunteers.

How does this sound? Any other ideas?

Once we have a half-baked plan, we can take it to the mailing list to get volunteers.
