I'm facing the same issue here. Any tips?
please i am also facing the same problem. I only see my tunneling on my pc but when tested with another pc or ip it shows ngrok.io not found. Please does anybody have a clue of what i should do to correct it?
I had this issue when I was using ngrok while tethered to my iPhone. Connecting to a regular Wifi network fixed the issue. Must be something blocked my mobile carrier or some issue with iOS tethering. Hope that helps someone.
Yup. I can't recall exactly what was going on but I remember it was a problem in my local network.
am also having same problem please help

The message is indeed coming from ngrok.io so some of the trip is being made.
It's otherwise being blocked. Major phishing using the domain so traffic is being interfered with. Firefox, Chrome, Google may take extra steps. If you have bad neighbours, you are going to be tarred with the same brush. The tunnel is a de facto VPN back to you, somewhere it is failing.
It's not multi-level NAT/CGNAT like a Skype failure.
Same issue. Link doesn't work over WAN. Any ideas?
The problem is clearly in the network configuration (DNS?). When I go from the computer - ServerNotFound, When I log in via mobile Internet - everything works The Internet provider is the same in both cases. But in the first case, wired Internet, in the second 4G. Solutions:
hello, with the previous versions of kali linux this tutorial has been working very efficiently, but since the 2020 released version, this shellphish doesnt seem to work at all, it's like this, i enter all the commands, everything goes smoothly until it comes to the links, i choose 1 or 2 for facebook it insta or whatever and after a short while the links are generated, when i copy and paste them in any browser the page is showing this tunnel error : Tunnel 484c0355.ngrok.io not found So what can i do to fix this issue? Btw, i'm using windows 10 Home edition
Hello, I also have the exact same problem as SyncAnonymous is there a solution?????

Facing same issue on windows!
same here +1, on Windows 10
Thank you! I'll try it out on another OS.
Hello, did it work on using it in different os..
Commenting as a +1. Seeing this problem right now running Ngrok in Ubuntu. Has worked before without issue. We do have a new router and IP address but I tried setting the device as the DMZ (although I shouldn't have to) and that didn't seem to solve the problem. Session status on the device says it's "online" and the Ngrok interface shows the tunnel as online but still getting the Tunnel X not found error.
PLz some one can help i have the same probleme h53rfgh4.io notfound WHY? plz some one help i am a debutant thanks

USE serveo it will fix the problem
after update vagrant box 'laravel/homestead' to version '10.0.0-beta' gives the same error: Tunnel XXXXXXXXXX.ngrok.io not found
PS: OS Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
network reboot does not help.
I resolved this issue by updating homestead: https://laravel.com/docs/7.x/homestead#updating-homestead
try to change the port i put it 8080 and worked for me
how to change it do you mean put ngrok http 8080 instead of ngrok http 80
bro use vmware workstation or dual boot your kali linux instead of oracle virtual box it will give you perfect result. I was facing the tunnel error . now i m happy .i got it thank god and sorry for the bad english
Use a vpn and send the link to one person
I was using a VPN on my laptop, once I turned it off and run ngrok http <port>
again, it worked!

it will work but it may give a warning like site is not safe
All you need to do is to =>>turn off your Windows Defender first and try again if it doesn't work then =>>turn off Domain Network then check, that message shouldn't be there anymore
If the problem continues then you have to make sure you are on a 4G network Because most ISP regulates Tethering capabilities so you have to make sure that is not your connection problem.
just be sure you using a 4G internet connection even if you are sharing your mobile data, make sure it is not in 3G or 2G. else you may consider using a VPN to bypass that restrictions.
I believe ngrok is now blocking certain IP ranges and instead returning Tunnel xxx.ngrok.io not found
for requests from those IPs. I am able to reproduce the problem readily by connecting from an AWS EC2 server (curl https://xxx.ngrok.io
). At the same time it works from my computer (even with VPN).
It's a pity we can't use ngrok for certain things now like webhooks of services running in AWS. An alternative that works is localtunnel, however that service is less stable.
Facing similar problem. ngrok url works on only devices that are connected to my wifi. Otherwise same url return ....ngrok.io not found. Easy way to explain is, it works on firefox browser but not in tor browser.

It works in tor browsers unless the tor browser is not running in thesame physical device giving out the wifi on network.
The problem is usually with the ISP you are using when using a mobile device for tethering of internet either through hotspots or USB, and you are not using a 4G enabled device your ISP will block any other devices from accessing it, it could be that DHCP Services for tethering is only enabled on 4G networks when not in thesame subnet-mask... and if you are using a 4G enabled device and for any reason you changed the data transmission rate to 2 or 3G it will not work, it will only work on the network host with the tethering( devices in thesame subnet-mask ).
I hope this helps you.

Your answer is too technical for me. I just share ngrok url with colleagues all the time (for web preview). It always worked. But since yesterday none of them able to access anymore. I didn't change any system setting. Neither did they. It's just not working anymore :(
Your answer is too technical for me.
I need to know what device is providing the internet access for you. That will only explain why the rest of the clients connected to the network you shared can't have access to what you shared via ngrok.
What is blocking those you shared the link to from having access has nothing to do with your firewalls rather the Internet Service Provider you are using.
That's why I need to know the type of device you are using to connect your laptop to the internet.
What you are going through usually occurs when using a mobile device to share internet connection with a laptop.

Windows 10 connected to a router(wifi) using a broadband internet connection.

Here is a url i just generated in cmd: https://b661a70548c1.ngrok.io (link is still alive, will remove the link on expire) what does it return to you?
Probably 404. But for me its 502.
Hi you there? will close in 5min
Same errors you get (Tunnel b661a70548c1.ngrok.io not found)
This error has nothing to do with ngrok rather it could be from your router or wifi... If you can access the configuration settings of your router it could help alot or try resetting or restarting your router and reconnecting again.
Also see if network sharing is disabled in your windows 10 device, if it is, enable it and see if it fixes it. You can do that from the network interface card... (Share from wireless to LAN) See steps to do that Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center. In the left-hand column, click Change adapter settings. A new screen will open with a list of network connections. Right-click Local Area Connection or Wireless Connection and select Enable.
You can do that from the network interface card...
Thanks it worked :)
This option was unchecked.
edit: Just curious. I never touched that setting before. wonder how it changed by itself :/
I am running
as I'm running a local web server on port 3002 and get the ngrok output:
I can visit the url
http://307e25d8.ngrok.io/
on my browser and see the site. However, if I try to visit on my phone I get a 404 page that reads
Tunnel 307e25d8.ngrok.io not found
