2 years ago This wasn't right, I had +5v and Ground the wrong way around.
I found it helpful to look at the ebay listing in ReadMe file which has pictures more clearly explaining the pin out.
Please confirm pin out diagram is with the interfacing side of the socket facing you? This would mean the +5v is bottom right as you solder, assuming the lug is pointing towards you?
