Some things (account settings, permissions, and moderation tools) are more easily managed in a webui rather than via commands. This also builds a foundation for future desu merge.
Don't login via password or email, just send !login to Sue and you'll get a code that expires after 5 minutes. Enter it on the /login page and you'll be authenticated for that sue_users account.
