Datastructure #1

This adds a working datastructure in addition to exported functions to modify said datastructure. The bindings to C# haven't been added yet and as such need to be implemented.

Before considering this pr there is a discussion to be had about how this should be done in #3, #6 and #8. I see some flaws here that I think should be discussed and figured out before we can merge this pr.

Could you specify exactly what these flaws are?

Because of the new datastructure pr (#16), I'm going to close this pr.
