Forgot to make a comment last Friday, but I've read through all of the GUI code and it looks good. I didn't feel comfortable enough to look through the simulation code.

I'm also to uncomfortable with Git/GitHub to do any work upon this before it has been merged into master, so unless anyone else has something to comment on, I'd like to see this merged soon :)

I'm going to merge this so that you can feel like you can do some work @weerox. There is still a lot of things that are going to have to be cleaned up but it's working and provides a good base to work from. Some of the simulation code is not going to be used and was more of a proof of concept, so we can review those in greater details at a later time.
