This makes wires and component ports interact by splitting wires and making visual (atm) connections to them.

TODO:

[x] Make the gates/ports get bundled into wire bundles.
[x] Fix some inconsistencies that relate to the transactions (some edits puts us into an invalid state).
[ ] General cleanup of wire transaction code (it's a bit messy).
[x] Figure out a way to not copy the entire ConnectionPoints list for common operations.

Because we want to get things done I'm going to merge this so that we can do some bug-hunting and do further development. We already have a lot of bugs so the fact that is merge brings even more bugs is not really a concern because it will help find the bugs we have.
