Minor refactoring: move replay test to a different folder. Move config.go to top level config folder #396

Why move the replay test folder: So that we can run replay tests separately without running integ tests
WHy move config.go to top level config folder: so that it's easier to find the config structure for the YAML config
Make sure to include the replay test into coverage when moving...
