After providing empathy, I guess we should make users cheerful. Happy, bring a smile on their face. This would be like a "reward" , a dopmaine/seratonin (whichever is be happy hormone) hit. Very same way slack brings cheeriness into work, i would like to bring happiness, a joy in the interface.
