Listing cant be renovated #320

Listing 7 in buscocasa.co cant be renovated to free it was featured basic.
Dont show featured exoiring notice if expires_at is not expiring

This was because the expires at was not expiring only featured and i was renovating free. To solve this now it only shows expiring featured if expires_at == faetured_expires_at
