Privacy of registered players #5

The list of players in a team shouldn't be available to everyone for the sake of privacy. Only users with the right permissions (UPAI admins) should be able to view the list of players of every team.

Just make the registrations view a logged in only view, for now. We could use a user created from the command line to let users login.
