Added docSearch service #52

This PR adds the Algolia docSearch service to the Rivet documentation site. You can read more about docSearch here:

https://community.algolia.com/docsearch/

This service is only available on the main rivet.iu.edu domain, so this PR will need to be merged into master instead of develop.
