This PR will launch some pretty major performance upgrades to the Rivet website. Our JavaScript bundle is getting smaller and smaller 🤗 .
With this update the only piece of the site left that relies on Vue.js is the notifications menu. Once it is replaced we'll be able to remove Vue as a dependency 🎉 (this is not an anti-Vue message, I love Vue ❤️ ) which should cut the amount of JS we are sending down the pipe by more than half.
