The application was working properly until recently, every time I try to download new dictionaries it writes "Index getting failed". Also download option isn't available.

This is an internet connection problem at your end - not reproducible here. Please retry with stable and strong internet connection. If problem persists, reopen.

No sir this isn't connection problem, I have downloaded multiple dictionaries beforehand at this signal strength. Or it might be a device issue.
