dhaval-prakriya should indicate vidhi rules

I am happy to help with this for vidyut-prakriya, which generally has much more detailed information in its prakriyas. Please let me know what the data format should be.

Most of this looks doable. Some challenges I foresee:

1. Cross-linking to other dhatupathas

i.e.:

I'm using the dhatupatha from ashtadhyayi.com, which (I think) doesn't have this cross-linking info. I would need a source for how to do this.

2. Sutra structure

I see this uses normal string labels, which is fine. Sometimes, though, vidyut-prakriya will run a sutra from the Dhatupatha (e.g. for मित्त्व) or something from the SK that I didn't see documented elsewhere. How much flexibility do I have here in deciding how to encode these?

3. UI example

This would help me plan what to optimize for.

Come to think of it - rather than replicating the prakriyA offline, it might suffice to just link to some (preferably static?) webpage, with a short url. Interested users can easily look up prakriyA within the context of a dictionary lookup. This would leave @akprasad full flexibility regarding the data sources to link, sUtra numbering, the UI etc..

Reasoning - (Since folks are generally more interested in the final form, rather than the prakriyA, offline users who would be inconvenienced might be scarce. If someone complains, then we can take the trouble of maintaining offline prakriyA copies)

Ideas for UI for the webpage can be had from dhaval's site .
