Add yaN and yaN-luk data from vidyut-prakriya

Generated from a dev build of vidyut-prakriya 1, a Paninian word generator.

Our generation setup is not checked in yet but will be within a week of this commit. The setup will be available in the examples directory of the vidyut-prakriya project.

Sample usage, for future reference. Note that this API is not stable and might change in the future.

@vvasuki I have not checked the following, so please check these before merging:

• that your dictionary app can load these files.
• that the Devanagari text has been transliterated correctly. (Devanagari support is extremely poor in my terminal. It's so bad that I spent 30 minutes on what I thought was a logic bug, but in fact it was my terminal failing to render multiple aksharas. I've done a spot check in a separate app, but I haven't looked extensively due to time constraints.)
