6.1.74 This issue is seen in nyAsa, balamanorama and tattvabodhini at least. Maybe in others too.

इको यणचि।

॒इको यणादेशो भवति॑ इति

॒प्लुतपूर्वस्य॑ इति।

They are quotation marks, erroneously converted to accents in Devanagari conversion.

The canonical repository where these issues should be resolved is, as you know: https://github.com/aupasana/ashtadhyayi/issues . So, best to report it and contribute fixes there. Then we can have scripts to convert to babylon.

Aupasana entry is as below

So here the entry has

`यूस्त्र्याख्यौ' `ल्वादिभ्यः'`

etc. Not as bad as having accent marks (in stardict version)

Oh - I see. The import is out of date. Since you imported padamanjarI to babylon format, the same scripts with only slight modifications can be used to import the latest files from aupAsana as well. Can you take that up and provide those scripts as well? Just put them in the appropriate folder like: https://github.com/sanskrit-coders/stardict-sanskrit/tree/master/sa-vyAkaraNa/nyasa/script

I can adapt them to do so. I understand that babylon is the format you use as input for creating stardict files. So if I give you updated babylon, you can generate rest. Right?

NOTE - Please do not upgrade nyAsa. It has serious issue. Only first line is copied in current version. Rest is not. Older version had full text. See https://github.com/aupasana/ashtadhyayi/issues/1 for information. Maybe it will require reverse engineering to generate aupasana files from babylon data to fill that gap.

Started handling at https://github.com/drdhaval2785/nyasa_regen for fresh regeneration of commentaries from sansknet files. Completed for nyasa and padamanjari. Rest will be handled in due course. https://github.com/sanskrit/ashtadhyayi holds corrected data found fit for merger.
