Include latin ISO-15919 scheme #11

The title says it all: Would it be possible for you to include ISO-15919 into the library?
I am using it and would do this myself, but I'm not experienced enough with JS to fiddle around in existing projects.

I think the Kolkata scheme is equivalent to ISO 15919 for Sanskrit, so you should be able to use that if you are only dealing with Sanskrit letters. I see that the Kolkata scheme is implemented without any of the non-Sanskrit letters included in the Devanagari implementation (e.g. क़ qa /q/, फ़ fa /f/) and that some other non-Sanskrit letters included in ISO 15919 (e.g. ऴ ḻa /ɻ/ which corresponds to Tamil ழ / Malayalam ഴ) are just not yet supported by Sanscript.

The iso option is ISO 15919, right? So close it and update the readme with the currently supported options of https://github.com/indic-transliteration/common_maps maybe?
