We have been told that the conversion to malayalam script needs some adjustments.
"Nakara and Makara change into chillu and anusvara respectively in the middle of a word, when they appear before consonant. The same change happens when nakara and makara are the end of words too.
Repha before a consonant in the middle of a word changes into chillu. (also when Repha is at the end of a word)."
Hi Arun,
We are planning on using sanscript for conversion to different regional scripts on sanskritdocuments.org. Please see http://www.sanskritdocuments.org/all_iscii/test.htm?lang=sa for a test page.

So the way, I understand it,
makara - മ് needs to be changed to ം
nakara - ന് needs to be changed to ൻ
repha - ര് U+0D30 U+0D4D should be changed to ർ U+0D7C
We would appreciate, if you can make the appropriate change.
Thanks!
