Section 3(e) references:

"Subject to Section 4(f)(i) below". I believe that is meant to be 3, not 4.
"Redemption Payments required by Section 4(a)". I believe that is meant to be 3(b).

Fascinating docs, I'm very happy to see them open sourced. Thanks!

There’s another reference to “4(f)” here:

10. Miscellaneous

(a) All rights and remedies provided in this instrument (including under Section 4(f))

It’s correct in the .docx file.
