DNSFilter proposed changes #5

Three proposed changes:

  1. shift the word 'initial' to clarify intent.
  2. Add a cap on total profit sharing return (this being excluded may have been an error, based on v1 doc)
  3. Add additional milestones for reduced equity payback, to encourage paybacks prior to 36 months.
