Added list of events to home page #15

Kind of hacked this into the old page just to have something up. Later we should add the header back and tweak the design. Also, I removed so much of the old page that I put that into index_old.php just in case you needed it for the upcoming Summit template. (Otherwise, we can scrap it.)

I removed the h-event. Lemme know if you spot any other problems.
