Figure out how to handle RSVPs from certain wordpress sites #48

Some people are unable to RSVP from their WordPress sites because of problems with the nested h-feed/h-entry markup.

e.g. https://myravery.me/2019/06/06/indieweb-summit-portland/

Need to figure out whether this can be fixed in WordPress, or by different documentation, or by modifying the parser on the event page.

Worked around this for now for two people who had issues.
