Upload prep material for captionist #57

The captionist needs as many of the slide decks that the keynotes will use that we can send ahead of time.

Since not everyone will be preparing their slides enough in advance, we can also send them a list of jargon terms.

I am planning on sending them at least the words on Category:jargon. You can help by adding more words from the wiki to that category, or even just in a list in the description of that page.
