address #87 suggestion to update p-name description #98

I have updated the p-name description to explicitly state you should only add a p-name if your post is an article with a name. I have also added p-name to the second sentence of the attribute description for clarity.

Thanks for this! I think the "Otherwise..." should be changed or removed. Current advice is to not include a p-name on notes.
